Why should I include a sweet buffet at my event?
sweet buffets are massively on trend. Our tables are unique and give your guests that extra special little treat.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We cannot hold your date until a 30% deposit and a refundable damage/loss deposit of £50 (or £75 where glass is hired) is paid. By paying the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions which are available to view here
When will the damage/loss deposit be refunded?
The damage/loss deposit will be refunded up to 5 days after your event holds, but we will endeavour to make sure this is as soon as possible. Upon checking all items are accounted for and in good order we will happily refund you to a previously agreed account. Please refer to your terms and conditions for a breakdown of what the deposit covers.
How long is the duration of hire?
Most items are available for the duration of your event. We are also happy to collect items the next day if this helps your day run more smoothly. We will of course confirm this with you upon booking. We'll also just need to confirm with your venue (if applicable) of what time we can have access for set up.
Do I need to set up the products I hire myself?
No, we will deliver and set up for your event and also collect and dismantle everything. We want to make everything as hassle free for you as we can. On this note, we also ask that you do not attempt to wash or clean any glassware hired. Breakages are more likely to happen at this stage and therefore we ask that you let us do the dirty work!!
